Named after its 100% owned Lake Chandler HPA Project in Western Australia, Lake Chandler aims to become a leading producer of High Purity Alumina (HPA), a critical mineral with many high-tech low carbon applications.
Having produced under laboratory conditions a high value high margin >4N HPA product (99.99% HPA) primarily used in safer, more efficient, and longer-lasting lithium-ion batteries, semiconductors, LED lighting, and synthetic sapphire for smartphones and other devices, the team plans to construct a pilot plant to demonstrate the commercial viability of the project. Thereafter, by combining an innovative process flowsheet with proven technologies, production of 10-20Ktpa HPA over a +30 year mine life is envisaged based on the existing Mineral Resource Estimate.
The Company’s experienced board of directors, which includes engineering, mining, and corporate finance professionals, is complemented by a management team comprised of exploration and development specialists, bringing a wealth of experience and talent to the table.
